Warranty
Unless specified, otherwise all products are sold with a one year parts and labour warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or any physical damages via shipping or by the customer. Longtech will not,whether expressed or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.
All warranty returns are subject to the RMA return policy.
Used products have 7 to 30 days warranty depending on specific product. GWW does not provide any software or support for used products.
